Provides the first point of contact for all property management matters. This includes landlords, tenants, and the use of space across community sites. The team also support ownership and management for all Trust-ownd premises.
What we do
Choice offers a full property management service including:
- Support for services needing to relocate
- Management of building use agreements
- Advice and support for community based teams
- Support for property purchases and disposals
- Working with parts such as solicitors, agents, NHS bodies and Council landlords
- Working with internal teas and external partners on property related charges
- Maintaing accurate property and space records
- Support services and Trust Finance with Open Space bookings
The aim of the service is to deliver a professional property management function. The focus is on making the best use of buildings and providing value for money.
