What We Do

Our Engineering and Building Services team looks after the Trust's buildings and systems to keep them safe, efficient, and working properly.

We provide maintenance for essential systems like:

  • Hot and cold water
  • Heating and natural gas
  • Medical gas systems
  • Ventilation and decontamination equipment
  • Electrical systems (high and low voltage)
  • Alarms and controls
  • Automatic doors and lifts
  • Fire safety (doors, stopping, compartmentation)
  • Drainage and refrigeration systems

We provide small installation projects including

  • Extra power and lighting
  • IT data points
  • Air conditioning
  • Heating and water system changes
  • Fire safety improvements
  • General refurbishments (painting, flooring, minor construction)

Our goal is to make sure all Trust sites are safe, comfortable, and fit for patient care.
