Shaun Wayman Chief Finance Officer
Shaun is a Chartered Management Accountant (CGMA). He has experience in a range of sectors including charity, public sector and publicly owned subsidiary companies. Shaun trained as an Accountant while employed by Priority Healthcare Wearside, a local NHS provider of mental health services.
He has subsequently held roles with Northumbria Police and South Tyneside Homes Limited before taking up the role of Divisional Finance Manager with City Hospitals Sunderland in 2013. He became Associate Director of Finance in 2018, leading Financial Services and Group accounting. Shaun took up his current substantive role of Chief Finance Officer January 2025.
